03-10-2010 | The Massachusetts’ Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission has appointed Andrew Maylor as Chairman of the Essex Regional Retirement Board (ERRB), IM Weekly reports. He has replaced Timothy Bassett. Other candidates considered for the position included Middle Town administrator, Ira Singer, and Saugus town manager, Andrew Bisignani.

Previously, Maylor was working as Swampscott town administrator. He has also worked as Chelsea’s deputy city manager and director of administration and finance as well as Winthrop’s town accountant.
