11-04-2009 | Broker-dealer, BTIG, has hired Alfredo Chang and Patrick O’Sullivan for its emerging markets fixed-income team, IM Weekly reports. Chang will be the managing director of sales for BTIG’s newly formed emerging markets team, while O’Sullivan will join BTIG’s emerging markets trading team.

The new hires will be based in New York and report to Alex May, head of the emerging markets team. Prior to this, Chang was global head of emerging markets at Lehman Brothers Asset Management, while O’Sullivan was the director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
