EDITOR William H. Inman is editor of Institutional Investor magazine. Previously he was corporate editor of the Bloomberg.com website and editor in chief of Bloomberg's publishing division. Previous to Bloomberg, Inman worked as North American editor for the FT's BUSINESS magazine and authored "Inman's America." He lives in New York.

EXECUTIVE EDITOR Michael Peltz is Executive Editor of Institutional Investor magazine and responsible for overseeing the editorial content of its Americas edition. Prior to taking on his current role in July 2009, he was Editor of Institutional Investor's Alpha, a leading magazine dedicated to covering the hedge fund industry. Michael began his journalism career in 1987 as a Copy Editor for Institutional Investor. In 1996, he left Institutional Investor to go to Worth magazine to be a Senior Writer and later Financial Editor. From 2003 to 2005 he worked as a Senior Writer for Bloomberg Markets magazine, before returning to Institutional Investor as Editor of Alpha.

INTERNATIONAL EDITOR Tom Buerkle is the International Editor at Institutional Investor. He has spent more than 20 years in Europe covering finance, economics and politics for the magazine, and previously for the International Herald Tribune and Dow Jones. He writes frequently on banking, regulation and economic policymaking.

ART DIRECTOR Nathan Sinclair is art director of Institutional Investor and AR: Absolute Return + Alpha magazines. He has been recognized by the Society of Publication Designers, the Advertising & Design Club of Canada, and American Society of Business Publication Editors for excellence in magazine design and has previously worked on the design of Ski and Maclean's magazines. He currently lives in New York.

MANAGING EDITORS Thomas W. Johnson, managing editor of Institutional Investor magazine, is responsible for the editorial presentation of the company's world-renowned research and rankings, including the All-America Research Team. Previously he was editor-in-chief of Financial Planning and executive editor of On Wall Street magazines. Before that he was a reporter and editor at the New Jersey News Tribune and the Bucks County (Pa.) Courier Times. His work has been honored by the Society of Professional Journalists, the Pennsylvania Newspaper Publishers Association, and the Philadelphia Press Association.

Tracy Tjaden is managing editor of Institutional Investor magazine. She manages the front section of the magazine, assists on the international edition and oversees editorial content on the magazine's website, institutionalinvestor.com. She was previously the editor of Vancouver-based BCBusiness Magazine and lives in New York.

WEB EDITOR James C. Johnson, Web Editor for Institutional Investor Magazine, is an accomplished new media producer with strong knowledge of, and fluency in online and print content production. He is proficient in developing and implementing successful editorial strategies, professional networking models, Web 2.0 tools, and interactive marketing. He previously served as Site Editor for InternetEvolution.com, Senior Editor for Success Magazine, and Business and Technology Editor for Black Enterprise Magazine. Johnson received his B.A. in Journalism degree at Boston University.

WEB PRODUCER/DESIGNER Michelle Tom is the Web Producer/Designer for Institutional Investor magazine. Prior, she was working with print production for Institutional Investor Newsletters. Throughout her career, she also worked as a freelancer, designing websites, HTML/CSS/Javascript coding, online production and maintenance of various sites, and designing print publications, online and print marketing materials.

LONDON BUREAU Loch Adamson joined Institutional Investor as a senior writer in January 2004 and now, as a London bureau chief, primarily covers the asset management industry and pan-European regulatory issues for the magazine. Prior to joining Institutional Investor, Adamson spent five years writing for Worth magazine.

ASIA BUREAU Allen T. Cheng is the Asia Bureau Chief of Institutional Investor, a New York-based financial media company that specializes in covering and analyzing the global financial services industry and is a subsidiary of London-listed Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC. He has more than 20 years of journalism experience covering business, finance and politics in the U.S. and Asia. Prior to joining Institutional Investor, he was Bloomberg News' China political correspondent based in Beijing.

SENIOR WRITER Frances Denmark has been a senior writer at Institutional Investor magazine since June 2007. Prior to that she managed a financial writing practice for twelve years, contributing to Institutional Investor, Alpha, Plan Sponsor Magazine, Wall Street & Technology, Bloomberg Wealth Manager and Trader Monthly. Denmark holds an M.B.A. degree from Pace University and previously worked as a training and development professional and was a clinical social worker with an M.S.W. from New York University.

STAFF WRITERS Imogen Rose-Smith is a staff writer with Institutional Investor, covering asset management, alternative investments and the capital markets. Between December 2005 and the summer of 2009, Imogen was a staff writer for Alpha, Institutional Investor's hedge fund publication. Prior to joining Institutional Investor she worked as an associate editor for Trader Monthly. Imogen began her journalism carrier at Money Management Letter, an Institutional Investor News publication covering the defined benefit pension industry.

Julie Segal is a staff writer for Institutional Investor and has been a contributor to the Magazine since 2006. She covers investment management, including institutional managers, retail mutual fund houses, wealth management, retirement, hedge funds and private equity. Before joining the magazine, Julie was an executive editor, managing editor and a writer for various publications in Institutional Investor's newsletter division. Julie founded II's first publication devoted to financial operations and technology in the mid-1990s, and also was instrumental in shaping II's online strategy. Julie lives in New Jersey.

REPORTER Xiang Ji is a reporter at Institutional Investor magazine, covering capital markets, mergers & acquisitions and investment banks. She was at Business Week magazine in Beijing previously and holds a M.A. degree in journalism from the Missouri School of Journalism, and was a 2007 Foreign Press Association scholarship recipient. She lives in New York.

DEPUTY ART DIRECTOR Diana Panfil is deputy art director of Institutional Investor and AR: Absolute Return + Alpha magazines. Her work has been recognized by the Society of Publication Designers and the American Society of Business Press Editors. She has previously designed for a variety of publications including The New York Times and Psychology Today and currently resides in New York City.

SENIOR CONTRIBUTING WEB WRITERS Rich Blake is a New York City-based freelance financial journalist. He was a staff writer for Institutional Investor magazine between 1999-2004 before cofounding the now defunct Trader Monthly magazine. Blake currently contributes to II magazine, Reuters HedgeWorld and ABCNews.com, among others. He recently coauthored a book, "Diary of a Hedge Fund Manager," published by John Wiley & Sons. He is also a contributor to institutionalinvestor.com's asset management coverage.

Jeffrey Kutler is editor-in-chief of Risk Professional magazine, the flagship publication of the Jersey City, New Jersey-based Global Association of Risk Professionals. He joined GARP in December 2008 from Institutional Investor, where he served as assistant managing editor, focusing primarily on banking and technology, from 2000 to 2005, and as U.S. editor in 2007-'08. Between those stints, Kutler was editor-in-chief of the weekly Securities Industry News. Before 2000, he worked for about 20 years for the daily newspaper American Banker and some of its affiliates, rising to the position of executive editor. He is a contributor to institutionalinvestor.com's technology and risk management coverage.

Stephen Taub has been a financial/business journalist for more than 30 years. He is a senior contributing editor of Institutional Investor magazine and a contributing editor of Absolute Return-Alpha.
